This is one of the Twin Pagodas built in Doi Inthanon, one of Thailand's most famous national parks, in honor of the King and Queen for their 60th birthday.
Bellow it is a portion of the magnificent landscaped gardens surrounding the Twin Pagodas.
The photo was taken under heavy rain and fog, which is common for this place as it is located near the peak of the highest mountain in Thailand.
This is actually an HDR of one exposure, used to bring out the details from the fog.
